New name new gym

SFN is long gone. I've been upgrading my life since the last time I wrote a post. Not only did I upgrade my life but I upgraded my business! Changed SFN to FitClub Bay Area, opened a gym in San Jose and feature a unique piece of equipment that no one else has! I'll include a pic! 
It's called the YokeBar. 49ers have it. Seahawks have it. I have it. If u use TRX then use the Yoke you will never go back to the TRX again. It's beneficial to everyone!
